So many dental products, how do you choose? We all have our favorites, and there are countless good choices, but let me share with you mine. I personally use CloSYS® (https://closys.com/) toothpaste, CloSYS® Rinse, and a Sonicare Toothbrush. CloSYS® products are alcohol free, sulfate free, triclosan free, and gluten free. They help kill the bacteria that cause bad breath and help prevent tartar build up. I also recommend the same to most patients, unless tooth sensitivity is an issue. In that case, use a toothpaste with fluoride that is specifically designed for sensitivity. All the name brands like Crest, Colgate, and Sensodyne have products designed for sensitivity.
